YOU ARE BIDDING ON A USED Mesa Boogie SOB This amp has 2 inputs, a high gain and a low gain, Volume 1, Volume 2, Tone controls, A Master volume, a limiter (Like a power soak). You can use an A/B box to switch inputs so it can be a two channel amp.The limit control is very useful for getting great distortion sound at low volume.If this amp is used right it can be an amazing sounding amp for gigging, recording and practice. It will put out shimmering, Fender type cleans, and takes od/distortion boxes very well.The much talked about "Limit" knob is a great feature for turning this big-hall worthy amp into a great bedroom practice amp.If you are looking for channel switching or tube overdrive or distortion this is probably not the best amp, but as a clean, single channel, super muscular amp that works well with stomp boxes, that can go from a large theater to a small club to bedroom practice, the Mesa S.O.B. is excellent.
