SMALL COPPER TWO-HANDLED PAN - OLD

My mother purchased this pan in NYC when she was about 25 years old, so that makes it about 50 years old. It is 5" in diameter, the outside is copper, and the inside is either stainless or aluminum. The handles are riveted on and are bronze in color. The bottom has a stamp that indicates this item was made in Portugal, and there is a maker's mark that can't be fully read (something something OURO). There is also a stamp on the side between one of the handles that says MADE IN PORTUGAL.
