"Studying art for five years, I was always looking for a subject matter that appealed to many people. When I painted an artwork of my favourite film 'The Matrix' last year I found the answer - films! I now produce original film-based artworks in my home for true fans who are always looking for that defining, individual 'fan' piece of memorabilia." Alyse-Grace RobertsonThis original artwork is inspired by the romance film 'The Notebook' and is perfect for fans of the well known romance film (and novel of the same name) that are looking for something special to serve as a memento of the beautiful tale. Perfect for hanging, this serene artwork will make a peaceful addition to any room! You will not see this design anywhere else; it is truly unique. Dimensions: 16" x 16" or 40.6cm x 40.6cm. Medium: Acrylic on Canvas. Painting Protection: 'Eraldo di Paolo' Permanent Clear Gloss Finish. This particular artwork was inspired by two of the most moving scenes of the film. The first of which is the captivating opening scene which depicts Noah rowing on the river off The Plantation every morning during sunrise; and the second, is the scene where Noah and Allie are at the beach and the two characters share the heart-felt dialogue – Allie: “Now, say you’re a bird” … Noah: “If you’re a bird, I’m a bird”. |
