Description Brand new 49cc twist and go scooter with fully automatic transmission, featuring electric and kick starter, amazing retro styling with stunning metalic blue and chromed mirrors, luggage rack etc. Includes free top box with RRP of £19.95.Top speed can be derestricted to about 40mph depending on load etc. The scooter uses the same parts as a Baotian & Jinlun and spares are easily obtainable.The scooter will need to be MSVA tested at your local test centre and will cost £70.The MSVA test is similar to MOT test where an inspector checks lights, horn, tyres and mirrors comply to EC regs, emissions test, brake efficiency test, and a visual inspection for loose wires & tubing. To register the bike with the DVLA send the MSVA certificate and insurance cover note along with 2 forms of ID to your local DVLA office who will then issue the registration documents. We supply the required forms for you to apply for the MSVA test and also registration documents as well as the Customs & Excise form 386 showing all VAT & Duty has been paid.The scooter will be delivered by courier to you at your Paypal address or you can collect from Wetherby, West Yorkshire. The scooter is supplied in crated form so you'll need to fit the front wheel, mirrors & battery.
