Puffy AmiYumi's annoying, obsessed Number One Fan, Harmony, wants to go on tour with Ami and Yumi.  That's not something the girls are interested in, but if Harmony can't go on tour with the girls, she decides to go on tour like the girls and makes off with Kaz, the girls' manager, and a stack of the band's musical instruments!  There's not much time--if Harmony completes her tour, she'll become an even bigger star than Puffy AmiYumi, and Kaz will be lost forever!
