This product is solid 3/4" hardwood flooring, clear grade (the best) and prefinished with 10 coats of polyurethane and aluminum oxide on the finish. You get a 25 year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. Bloodwood is one of the hardest species of woods in the world, due to the high silica content. This silica gives the product the natural iridescence that makes it a truly stunning experience to see this under your feet! Bloodwood's Janka scale rating is 2900, as opposed to American Hard Maple, which is 1450. This product is super durable, extremely exotic, and a true marvel to behold.
