Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 FP 81227

You are bidding on an authentic black and gold Montblanc Meisterstuck 146 (Le Grand) fountain pen. This is a used pen in excellent condition. The pen has minute scratches visible only under very very close examination or under the magnifying glass.  The above usage signs are mostly from rubbing against other pen in the same case. The pen will be shipped in a black exterior, Montblanc clamshell presentation box. The presentation box has also held a pencil in it in the past and has pencil marks on one inside end.  The service guide for the pen is not available. The pen is GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC or your money back including return shipping.This fine writing instrument was crafted in Germany by Montblanc. The pen body is approximately 5 5/8 inches long with the cap on. The body is made with Montblanc's jet black precious resin and is accented with goldplated clip, cap end, and end rings (see original photos). The pen has a medium point nib that is hand crafted with 14K gold with platinum delay. The nib is in mint condition. The nib has the following markings: 4810, M, 14K, MONTBLANC, and 585 on it. The pen has a piston filling mechanism that operates by twisting the end of the pen. The pen body has a striped ink level indicator ring. "MONTBLANC MEISTERSTUCK No. 146" is engraved onto the center ring of the cap. The clip ring has "GERMANY" and the serial no. "CC1003914" engraved in small letters on it.  There is a white star inlaid on the top of the pen. A new pen like this retails at over $600.00 plus tax at the Montblanc distributor store.
